On the morning of Wednesday 17th January 2018, Key Stage 2 took part in a drama workshop led by Enter CIC, a Performing Arts Theatre company based in Ferryhill. The company then selected some children from every class to take part in the production of The Wind Road Boys which will take place at Spennymoor Town Hall on:
- Friday 9th March at 7 p.m.
- Saturday 10th March at 1 p.m. (matinee)
- Saturday 10th March at 7 p.m.

Some of the children may have been anxious and nervous to start with (and wondering what was going on!!) but by the end of their session, they were fully involved and thoroughly enjoyed it!! We may have some budding actors and actresses on our hands.
