Our children discuss positive behaviour using the phrase 'Ruby Power'. This is in reference to the Gem Powers that we use in school to teach life skills and positive values. Ruby Power promotes positivity, kindness and supporting others.

Other Gem Powers support problem solving, resilience, focus and team work. We work together to promote these skills to ensure that children treat each other with respect and are able to achieve their full potential. The positive behaviour policy shows how we implement this across school.
